  • U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

    Working with Veterans Health Administration (VHA), reviewed the consolidated mail outpatient pharmacies’ (CMOPs) financial processes and reporting to increase efficiencies and accuracy. The project included a review of the processes, data and reports along with a customer survey. The project resulted in improvements to the accuracy of financial data, improved financial transparency and roadmap for longer-term improvements.

  • U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)

    GSA was generating numerous financial transaction discrepancies. Supported them in finding the discrepancies and source of the issue to implement new polices, processes, and tools that resolved over a million discrepancies in months and kept new discrepancies from occurring.

  • U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF)

    NSF’s accounting operations personnel were racking up extensive credit hours and furthermore did not have a clear career track. Analyzed the current state to determine an improved organizational and career growth model that reduced credit hours and provide personnel with a clear path for growth.
