David Fitz

David founded ProScopeo in 2022 after retiring as a Partner from KPMG LLP. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, he works closely with his team to achieve the company’s vision while maintaining involvement in working directly with clients to accomplish their goals.

Since the time David started his career, initially as an employee of the U.S. Department of Commerce, he was a problem solver getting pleasure from helping others succeed. He has over thirty years of experience working with Federal agencies across a wide range of complex projects including business transformation, IT, financial management, change management, shared services, and special studies. David has led multimillion-dollar projects and oversaw hundreds of consulting personnel, being recognized as a leader, mentor and trusted advisor. He was known widely across the firm as the one who could penetrate and win work in any account due to his broad experience and reputation. David is a CPA, CGFM, PMP and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

David started ProScopeo with the slogan “straightforward consulting” demonstrating his interest in providing no nonsense and clear-cut solutions to clients and being a company people trust. ProScopeo fuels his desire to advance equity with each employee bringing this same passion and enjoying an organizational culture that promotes collaboration and advancement.
