Claire joined the ProScopeo team in October 2023. In her role as Director of Recruiting and Staffing, she focuses on finding exceptional talent to join the ProScopeo team as well as fulfilling our federal client needs.
Having worked in a variety of industries including luxury and boutique fitness, pharmaceuticals, real estate, hospitality, and technology, the common denominator across all of her experiences is her ability to connect with others regardless of their background and hone in on an individual's strengths and motivational drivers. For her, recruiting is an intrinsically rewarding opportunity to play a positive role in both a hiring candidate's professional and personal life story.
An empath at heart and a natural team player, Claire is excited about building a collaborative environment within ProScopeo and creating opportunities for business development and growth.
